Prevention
Newborn screening, hearing, hips, vision, vitamin D, vaccination and safe sleep are checked according to age and indication.
Call sooner
Poor feeding, few wet nappies, fever under 3 months, marked jaundice, breathing difficulty or unusual drowsiness need prompt advice.
